At MobilityPlus Wheelchairs, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your fashion purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
